I remain ornaments with pictures from magazines, newspapers, wrapping paper, cut old postcards, etc. Is it legal for me to sell jewelry at craft fairs or illegally, and I cut out pictures of art can be cut by another person?

It is a difficult question. If it is protected by copyright and clearly identify with the material as a work of art known, probably not legal? For example, you should not intersect the images of Mickey Mouse and produce and sell products for children? I really do not know. What is more generic images, but the work of a photographer? You know you do it and demand, but strictly legal? It is hard to say. The collage is an accepted form of art, and that's what you do to make a collage to have.
Unfortunately, copyright law .... But there are wonderful Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, etc. .. to use for your advantage that way! :)
